Tummy Aches: Abdominal pain, indigestion, and wind. Reflux (Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux): Frequently vomits in small quantities without apparent reason.


Constipation Relief: Eases discomfort and promotes healthy digestion. Crying & Overactive Babies: Soothes overactive babies who may be experiencing anger, irritability, or any kind of emotional distress.
Under Active Babies: Let your baby thrive and grow if your lovely one is a sleepyhead or a poor eater.

Lydia, our therapist, is a mom herself, and she understands the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for your baby or toddler.

The baby or Toddler appointment lasts 30 minutes, during which we build a connection and observe how the little one responds.

The reflexology session for babies lasts 1-10 minutes and for toddlers between 1-20 minutes. The most important part of our process is ensuring that your lovely little one is comfortable throughout the session.

As a mom, dad, and caregiver, you are always present during the therapy and for the little one!
